1-20 tortage

in Age of Conan: Unchained

im loving this game atm but it think that a different starting area for each race should be added, level 1-20 takes a couple hours and if you want to make a few alts or cant decide on a class it can get a little annoying.



anyone else agree?

    i like the story of the beginning its fun only annoying part is you have to know what class you want to play.

    it only sucks because there is about half the servers population crammed into that little area.  after a while it should be fine and you may even get the quests done faster.

     

    another option is to grind...but thats a pretty dumb idea when the quest rewards are so good.

    MMO wish list:

    -Changeable worlds
    -Solid non level based game
    -Sharks with lasers attached to their heads

    yes and no

     

    Its a pain if you want to roll a different class. But i like the roadblocker. It prevents people from rolling  FOTM chars every week. A bit like the betrayal in EQ2.  Its an easy but horrible booooring quest to change class.

     I do agree. It's a great presentation of the game but I like to play all the characters/classes in an mmo and the same thing over and over will get stale.

    This is my only real issue with the game too.

    As far as we know, FC is going to add in new Starting Areas eventually. Of course, there's no telling -when- that will actually happen, but it has been said it will happen.

     

    But yeah, Tortage is very nicely made, but I can see how it would be annoying to go through it again and again. Lucky for me I'm not a big Alt person ^^

    I've heard people saying that in coming patches you will have to only get one character thru tortage. At that point every character you start on that server would have the option of starting at level 20. I have no idea if what they were saying is true though.

    I really didn't like Tortage, felt like a game of pacman to me.
