I pre-orded the game entered the code and went  /claim. Where did I go wrong?

    Just keep trying it mate. I did it a few times and it didn't work, maybe the key takes a while to activate. Tried it again a few hours later and worked 1st time :)

    I believe you get to use the rhino once you're 40. There was another thread listing levels and all claimed rewards.

    the Rhino offer was from BestBuy and Play.com

     

    for BestBuy,

    preordering alone, did not get you a mount

    - you had to get the separate bonus pack

     

    I'm not sure how Play.com distributed their Rhino keys

     

     

    You get all items, including Rhino, as early as level one

    - but you cannot use the Rhino until level 40

    Try reentering the code. Then make sure it show on your upgrade list. I had to enter mine a second time then it showed up on my account. Then in game /claim you get the bag and the rhino but you will not be able to use the rhino until level 40.

    Go to your register.ageofconan.com account and enter the bonus "key" to activate the items. You have to go thru a few pages of OK - upgrade -etc.
