New PC - Critique please

Got a new Gaming PC... Lemme know what you think its strong/weak points will be

nForce 680i SLi chipset

Intel Q9450 Quad Core - 2.66GHz, 12MB Cache, 1333FSB

2GB Corsair Dominator - 1066MHz

Single nVidia GeForce 8800GTX - 768MB

2x 160GB Raptor - 10k RPM - RAID 0

SoundBlaster X-Fi XtremeGamer

Ageia Physx Accelerator

1kW PSU

By the way... I already have plans to add a second 8800GTX, and 2GB more of the Corsair ram... which should I go with first?

    Damn you are rich...

    I think instead upgrade to 2GB .. goes for 4GB or more..

    Also i think you can OC your cpu to 3.ghz++ easy..

    I think $70 can buy 4GB.. newegg

    i don't think the 680i can take 45nm processors, switch that to the 780i

    and a physx card .. you're kidding right ? i think the only game left that utilizes this is city of heroes.

    .. and.. check out the asus xonar sound cards instead of that soundblaster card.
