I dont see why more people dont use live chat, i mean its a quicker way of communication with more immediate responses. just curious as to why no one uses it. I just tried it out and i was the only person in there, lol. Anyone else wanna join me in the chatroom and talk about everquest 2 or something?

People prefer the forums because then the debate/ conversation becomes public and is also saved so you can come back to it another time.
People who play MMORPGs tend to be social people and prefer communicating with everyone rather than just chatting with the odd few.
