Where themepark games try to hide that they are copying WOW, games like Mortal Online and Darkfall make no attempt to hide their inspiration ______\m/_____ LordOfDarkDesire
I won't get my hopes up too high though, I don't want them smashed into the ground like they were with AoC.

Whenever I imagine what an army of dwarf players is going to look like rushing to the battlefield I start grinning uncontrolably.... and for some reason "the ride of the Valkyre" starts playing in my head. (It's because of the choppers you see? and winged helmets lolzor!)
No really I love the way they're serious about retaining the humorous component of the IP. All the other great stuff aside but this atmosphere of murderous light-heartedness and benevolent cynicism is really appealing to me.
RvR isn't meaningful pvp, its just a HELL of a lot closer than regular mmo pvp. There have only been two mmo's with meaningful pvp so far. Shadowbane and Eve. Sucked that I didn't like eve cause that left me with only one lol.

The Tome of Knowledge. its what WoW was missing, it has the advantage of having 25 years of books and such to fill it with lore. I'm a collector nut when I'm not fighting mobs, and this gives me something else to do besides fighting mobs making this my ideal mmorpg. Now if they throw in housing at some point than it might just be perfect

Mythic Entertainment
STOP WHINING!
RvR
Easily the most important reason for me
Tome of Knowledge
RvR (the open world variety)
Hope for new dimension in MMORPG.

The hope of a new mmo with real pvp.

Malicious delight
RvR and Mythic. None of the classes have excited me yet, and I dislike the graphics style; but I'll still play for those two reasons.
I have to agree
A lot of the other stuff appeals to me too, but that ToK was what took me from "aware" to "interested."
Gyrocopter dwarf mounts.
These crack me up each time I see em!

Like many former DAoC players, RvR was the best part of the game for me
RvR and everything u do in the game, makes it worthwhile for the world
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

Warhammer universe
awesome graphics
RvR
RVR + Mythic + Chicen + Limited stealth (I hope)
PvP (RVR) and warhammer universe ... and eventually trying a mythic's game because i've heard so much good things (especially on RvR) about daoc.
It's just one step from the sublime to the ridiculous.
C9 impatient awaiter

DAoC was amazing and I just hope the RvR in WAR is too.

2.) Mythic + Games Workshop team credibility
3.) RvR, Tome, etc...

"I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that."
RVR
Seems it will be a quality MMO, despite many features I don't like. And in this is sadly unique among new MMOS.
Well for me it is this will be a "live action" T T game, with many battlefields to fight on.
Also this is what true Warhammer was meant to be,not "That Other Game", at least for me.
Warhammer Universe, PvP that actually matters...Chaos Chosen...and a few other intangibles that the game has.
Though I still wish that the 40k MMO was the one close to release.
Your argument is like a two legged dog with an eating disorder...weak and unbalanced.
