Got a few questions. I'm about to go purchase this game and I have a few concerns/questions......

1- I passed all the requirements but one on http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/

The only problem I had was that I have a AMD Athlon Processor 3200, 2.0 GHZ with 3 gigs of ram. Not sure if that will be enough to run this game smoothly.

 

2-Are there any RP servers? I really don't care to play anywhere but a RP server. It irks me when I am forced to play on a normal server that has player names like IAmLeet and AnalLeakage. -shakes head-

3- How is this soloability? There will be days where I can only play a hour a day, would it be possible to get anything done, or would it be fruitless to even turn the game on?

    1. Depending on your graphics card you should be fine. The game runs pretty smooth on my not too expensive laptop.
    2. Unfortunately no. There used to be an un-official RP server but it got merged with other non RP servers into the server which today is called Seradon. However, VG-players are generally mature and RP friendly so you are sure to find some casual RP here and there.
    3. The game is solo friendly as in you don't -have- to team up in order to progress even if it makes things much more interesting to do so

    whatever you do, keep ignoring that feeling your getting that says mmo's aren't for you.  force yourself to play a bit more, maybe vanguard will be awesome!  sry lol.  I can only really say that when I myself have the power to stop visiting this site.

    The RP server did merge with Seradon against about 75% of the people will, though it still seems a larget amount of them still play, as for Solo play depends on what you mean by get things done. If its quests sure there are tons worth doing including the Hunters League and URT quests, though as you progress in them you will need groups. Crafting some needs help though most is done with a main and a mule ( Low lvl character for hauling stuff ). So far I am only lvl 23 so I dont know how the higher lvls pane out.
