LF a game for healer!

Exactly as the title says, I'm looking for a game which encourages to play a healer class (eg. You'll be the most wanted class in parties). Also would be a big plus if the game would be relatively new with 'decent' graphics. Dosn't matter wether it's free or pay-to-play. Another + is asian styled graphics, (Not any china crap, but I mean those pretty-boy models,  etcetera). If it is a pay-to-play game, It would also be necessity that I can buy it throught internet, so I don't have to run any store <3.

    I play Lord of the rings online. Minstrels (the healer class) are absolutely necessary members of a party, and generally everyone is always "looking for a min". I have been in parties with more than one min in fact. Also, if I am correct, lore masters are a healerish class, with the ability to revive. I'm not sure if minstrels can do that. But if the minstrel does his/her job right, and no one does anything stupid (running off by themselves), hopefully the revive ability won't be needed :)

    It may be mostly "WoW with a new skin", but I find it a decent game anyway.

    You might be out of luck.  Almost all newer games have taken the road of making healers fighters as well, and made hybrid healers more valuable.

    Still, most games have portions of them that require primary healers, such as WOW, EQ2, and LotRO in their raiding instances.

    AOC it remains to be seen, since there are 3 healing classes and looks like WAR will devalue them quite a bit as well.

    Minstrel in LoTRO is probably the best bet for always wanted for groups.

    Priest in WoW is a close second.  But WoW has strong Druid and Shaman healers as well.  But the Priest is needed for other, very specific, capabilities.  Such as turning folks back into people when they are polymorphed into a Frog.  And getting rid of Debuffs and such.

    I found the LoTRO Minstrel a less effective healer than the WoW Priest.  That being said, the LoTRO healer is much more wanted since they are the only real strong healer in LoTRO.

    I, at all don't mind being hybrid, depening on what combat style it will focus more on (Don't misunderstand, It's not healing vs DPS, but how do you dps , etc: Whacking with a mace or chanting spells)

     

    About the minstrels, I have never been interested in LOTRO, and doubtly will :-(, such a shame! But please do recommend other games also!

     

    And regarding World of Warcraft, I've already experienced most of content playing as restoration shaman (healer).

    China crap?  anyway, so you are looking for a game that forces people to need you.  Mmh, so something that makes people deal with your nonsense and feel dependent off of you.   Well, I don't know any myself but keep looking.

    Meaning, chinese oriented style like "WENG SHUI WTF -online" , games like 9dragons or silkroad, you know the drill.

    DDO Clerics are always in high demand.

    Master healers, but with a lot more they can do (huge list of spells to choose from), very important as game is very group play focused and the combat can be very fast paced.

    CoV always needs good healers, i have been praised more in that game than i have in my whole RL life

    Um... does Lineage 2 ring anyone's bell? Healer classes - it has, beautifull asian manga style graphics - it has, will you be loved as a healer? - yep.

    If you want hardcore PvP healing and ressurecting go with Bishop. If you want to be loved for your buffs, go with Prophet/Elven Elder/Shillen Elder.
