Housing MMO List

Hey, I'm looking to try something new. I've never really played an MMORPG with a good housing feature.

Could anyone provide a list or a recommendation? 



I understand that SWG has a great housing feature, but I'm not too interested in the classes and characters and all.

    Ultima Online: It's old and 2D/isometric, and most of the housing spaces are taken, but there's a lot of customization as far as housing goes.

    Everquest II:  Housing is instanced, and you can only decorate the inside, but there are several different styles to purchase, and everyone can get a 1-room apartment at the very start of the game. You can customize the walls, floor, and ceiling, and placeable objects can be bought from crafters, or obtained as quest and veteran rewards.

    Vanguard: It has housing, but I don't know much about it.

    Lord of the Rings Online has a housing feature, and I believe the space is limited on every game server.

    Something tells me anarchy Online has some sort of housing, but I'm not quite sure/too lazy to check at this moment.
