I couldn't give you a framerate but I would think that Eve should run just fine for you.
classic is a Cpu hog,so it should run ok.
There is a free 14 days trial and the client is like 650 mb to download, why don't you just check it out by yourself? Also, I used to play Eve on macbook 2.16 Ghz, 1 GB ram, Intel 950 GPU and it was quite playable with mac os client, so there should bea boost for pc version as well.
The biggest problem I see is the Intel intergrated graphics.
I bought a laptop two christmases ago and tried SWG (no I don't play that any more) and it would crash every five minutes in game. After some research it was the graphics card. The intel site did not list the game under their suppoted games list. SOE did not list it as a supported graphics chip. I also googled and came back many players had the same prob with that chip. I did not try EVE at the time. I returned the laptop.
Last I checked EVE classic was heavily supported to Nvidia. I have been able to play It on an ATI laptop although with great lag. Probably as much the processors fault than low video memory. It was an old laptop.
I would go to intel website and see if it supports this game. I would also go to EVE's website and see if it is at least recommend and/or knowledge base for known issues.
