Voice chat - PC and 360?

I was wondering if anyone knew about how voice chat was going to work with Champions Online. Given that they're going to release on both the 360 (which, last I checked, doesn't require a keyboard) and the PC (which generally does for MMOs), will voice chat be the de facto way to communicate?

I was on the main forums for a brief while, but the topics were flying by fast and furious and if it was covered there I missed it.
