Direct X 9.0c is out, shall i install it now or later

i heard this news from my friend, but i am not sure if i have to install it now or later  after the new ATI driver out.

If anyone good about this soft/hardware, please give me some suggestions.

That's what I posted and then edited out.  That's the SDK (Software Development Kit) so unless you're a software developer that uses DX, fairly useless.
