European vs US servers

Hello, can anyone tell me if the European and US servers have the same maintenance/ patching time?
I live in the Asia Pacific time zone and the US servers maintenance time smacks right into my prime game playing time... (7pm to 12 midnight, TWICE a week!)
If the Euro servers have a different maintenance time, what is the down time and where can I get a list of Euro servers?

EU servers are updated Monday and Thursday from 4 - 9 am GMT.
