Sums up how i felt when i played it, tho i am a ex player since 3 months after release, simply because i didn't have the time anymore in how I enjoy the more traditional type of MMORPG that Vanguard is, sure wish the best for the game and am glad seeing some positive's about it. And looking good on what i saw on certain update's and new mounts........

Really nice job. I have to say that when I played in beta, I was initially in awe of the game. It gave me that feeling of my first MMO (EQ) again. Unfortunately, that quickly went away and I decided that VG wasn't for me. I am, however, waiting anxiously for the trial.
Until you cancel your subscription, you are only helping to continue the cycle of mediocrity.
Very nice job. Based on just watching that I will give the game a shot once a trial is introduced.

Very well done, Faeran! And I agree that this is a better Trailer than the official one.
My only comment would be that in a game where you spend a great amount of your time in combat: "Free to beat your enemies to a pulp", you don't have a single scene of a group fighting. The addition of a battle scene, with spell effects and the clanging of swords swinging, would have rounded this video out perfectly.

An excelent video, really you must be applauded its very proffesional.
But I guess the praises dont mean anything unless it actually works, otherwise a trailer is not really a trailer, its more of a bit of entertainment.
So I guess you'll be happy to know that I am definatly re-subbing to VG just as soon as my Conan account has expired and I will be bringing a completly new friend along.
If I can still find my damn collectors - buddy key card im going to try get a few more friends to have a go.. what would be nice if there is a good active guild out there who would help me make the experience better for them but inviting us and having several people roll new characters
I dont want high levels to come along and power level and give loads of gold and loot, but rather just enough people to make it so that finding a group isnt hard and make the leveling an enjoyable experience.

Here is a little video I put together. My first one actually. But it shows a little group combat (this fight was designed to be a distance fight, mob has ae energy drain and curse). Appears a little laggy cause i have a lesser machine, but enjoy it for what it is.

BOYCOTTING EA / ORIGIN going forward.
This trailer gave me the push to patch up VG to see how it is. Easily one of the best "homemade" trailers I've ever seen.
Except that the trailer could easily be passed off as professionally done. I've seen 'professional' trailers that looked more 'homemade' than this.
I can't attribute the trailer to my return as I got the game 3 weeks ago, but had I watched this trailer 6 months ago I would have bought the game then
