    Promising games-

Citadel of Sorcery, Mortal Online, Fallen Earth, Renaissance, and Citadel of Sorcery (again!)

    Oh, and APB as well.

i look forward to laughing at all the aion clowns sitting in the same boat the AOC clowns are sitting in right now.

The irony is strong on this one.

and Warhammer online will be sweet

Fallen Earth actually does look like a great game, unfortunatley for me, I prefer high-fantasy based MMOs. Hell it's tough for me to play AoC being low fantasy. Right now, Mortal Online and Darkfall are the 2 big ones I'm looking forward to. In the meantime I'm sticking to EQ2 and working through AoC.

Sig so that badges don't eat my posts.

    Warhammer or bust.

I played Mythos in beta. Fun, and probably end up being very popular, but the graphics are quite enough to keep my interest.

Is Mortal online,Aion, warhammer online, and mythos.

You can forget Mythos.  It's a ghastly rehash of Diabolo, with miniscule isometric graphics and tiny, yawn-inducing random zones.  They ballsed up Hellgate completely so fell back on the only thing they ever did well - but times have moved WAY on since then.  It's a complete turkey.  I persevered with the Beta for a week or two but just couldn't take the boredom any more.

There is a good amount of nice looking games on the way and whats even better is many of them are not the usual Generic Fantasy Grinders.

    • World of Darkness (Vampire) CCP
    • Champions
    • Fallen Earth
    • Earthrise
    • Stargate Worlds
    • Aion
    • Warhammer
    • EVE - Ambulation Project
    • I forgot if its Call of Duty or Battlefield but one is making an MMO
    • Talk of a Tom Clancy MMO
    • The Agency
    • Guild Wars 2
    • Star Trek Online (now that Crypic has the IP)
    • Talk of a Fallout MMO
    • Turbine is working on a new project
    • Bioware is working on something
    • Lineage III

(Generally speaking I don't think anything based on an IP will be any good as an MMO and IMHO that has played out time and again)

There is a lot of promising stuff on the way, lets hope they can make it happen.

You guys forgot Age of Conan.  It's still in development. Could turn out to be a good game. XD

But really, I think all those games will suck, except Earthrise, cause it's being made in Bulgaria.

i mean seriously, just because you read about it, and throw possibilities out there that does not mean ANY of it will be as expected/hoped. go clean up the hype and speculation over "WISH" instead (anyone remember that?!), and when you get done with that go clean up the useless info about what windows 98/me/xp/2000 will mean for computer users.
in 300,000,000,000,000 years the universe will have expanded so far that the suns will have burned out and there will not be enough gravity to even hold atoms together, reguardless of what WE as a species do this is the ultimate end. every day we live is a gift, a chance occurance of the greatest magnitude. yet some people "wait" and try to gain some advantage in games that may never even come out. not simply living, but instead waiting to live.

the bioware mmorpg is DEFINATELY going to be a sucess, it will be called "your mom online" (YMO for all the hype-hounds) and it will have more boobs and bloodshed than we can even imagine, character development and crafting like this world has never seen, weapons never heard of in any other game and a world so realistic its just plain boring....aah sweet sweet speculation.
    promising games...

This is incredibly ironic and hypocritical the way you're bashing people about them talking about how good an mmo that will be released in the future will after you go on to say "The only decent mmo that is coming out is wellonline.com"

You must be a clueless clown to your own stupidity.
