I have a lvl 15 warr in windy and am about ready to move on to the dunes. Im currently at rank 2 for the rank missions as was wondering if I should just stay at windy till im done with them or just move on.
And if anyone wants to group up with me im on the valefor server and my warr's name is jesta. Be warned though...i'm doing this on my xb360 and using the chatpad. not the greatest in typing with that thing...

It's up to you! Completing mission 2 first allows you to get mission 3 (which requires visiting another nation) and find some time in between Valkurm Dunes parties to work on it.
You should just go out and level some classes, I was a level 29 dancer before I even got to rank 3.
Also, so you know, the last mission in rank 2 is pretty long and requires fighting a big dragon that takes at least 3 people, preferably at least level 25, as your level gets capped to 25 during the fight.

I don't all together understand your question, but if you're asking if the rank missions are worth doing, then yes, they are. Though you may have to wait a little while before you can do them all. Eventually though you'll want to do them as they open up other parts of the game, as well as being the main storyllne for the game, you might want to check that out, and also the more missions you do the longer your signet will last.
