Rohan Online is pretty new so I am sure it would have plenty of people playing it. It's not listed on this site, but here's a brief overview of it from RedFlame:

ROHAN Online open beta starts on May 27th (countdown timer on the website). It has some very interesting features, including a wide variety of classes and a "revengeful" PVP system. Also features guild cities, taxation, unique crafting (combining), and more importantly a player-set stat and skill system.
