I've done a little digging and I am pretty sure it is Korean. Gonna keep digging because I really like that song also.

She says something like "change the world" at the end. I think it's english.
I'll ask someone to ask it on a korean forum if we can't find it, I like it too.
Asked around at a few different places and someone found it for me.
The song name artist and name is Son Dambi - Change the World
