MMO with no intercontinental IP bans

Hey guys, I have a rather interesting request. Dunno if I'll get any responses to this, though. Here's what I'm looking for, as I'm currently on an extended trip in China.

• English or Chinese, preferably English
• Relatively small download (<1.5g)
• No banning of (Chinese) IPs (I'd rather not go through a proxy)
• Hopefully, little to no lag. Perhaps I'm hoping for too much?
• Learning curve doesn't matter. Just something to occupy the time.
• Not Grind-centric. As in, the game shouldn't be centered almost entirely on grinding. I'm bored, but not bored enough to press a single button, or click the mouse over and over.
• Free, please.
• Preferably not PVP centric.

- cant say if you can access it in china, try their forums

- has a little lag

- needs a little time to get used to

- it has a built in "legal" bot system. so you can bot 24/7 without even touching your mouse, your avatar grinds automatically for you

- its F2P

- has pvp but you can opt to turn it off

Interesting. I checked it out, and there's certainly many controversial features. Well, can't judge a game by its features I asked a mod, and he said there should be little to no lag, even in China. I'm certainly glad that it's downloadable by bittorrent, as my internet here is prone to freezing halfway in a download.

I also forgot to mention that I am on a relatively old laptop (A Thinkpad T23) and can't play any higher end MMOs. Of course, the vast majority of free MMO's don't strain computer resources.
