Game is fun, unless you run into a bug because GMs/CS sucks!

So,



  I was grinding away in thunder river tonight and while dumping junk loot, i accidently sold my mount.  No big, just click Undo and get it back..



Not!  Undo no worky and i am out 2g.  So i petitioned..



After 2.5 hours or so, i was contacted by a GM and told



 "thank you for your petition however i am only able to give back a deleted item and that is still only once a month is there anything else i can help you with"



 So.. ok, i have never requested an item back before, gimme my mount.  To which he said,



  "unfourtanetly if i can not verify by my deleted screen there is nothing i can do what i will do is i will try and take bug report if we do find it was our issue i will give back item"



  Of course, he never answered my questions about what item i had been given back before. Nice customer service we have here.  



Moral to this story, as long as you don't run into anything that is bugged you are fine, other wise just kiss your ass goodbye.
