LF PvP and Soft Level Cap if possible
I’m on the hunt for a new game that has a soft level cap or none at all; it should also have pvp or realm vs. realm. Any ideas would be helpful.

Guild Wars Factions. You basically join one of two armies. YOu then enter battlefields and compete for control points and stuff. Quite fun. You don't even need to grind, just start with a PvP-Only character.
