ok, not so much of a whine, i really should have watched my back, but still...
so it's been another week or so since my return, having petitioned for my ships to be moved from 0.0 hostile space and didn't get an answer (couldn't find the petition itself after relogging actually so meh) i decide to do the social thing, i contact an officer in the corp currently holding the station my ships are in, and to my surprise he's really understanding about the whole situation (yeah, i should have smelled something rotten at that point...) and for a most reasonable fee he'll let me do the trips to get the ships out.
so i go get myself a stack of disposable frigates (T1 fitted condors, about 100k/frigate including the fittings) and over i go, i do the 50 jump route, come in front of the station, and what's this, i can't dock?!
i contact the person, he say, no problems, i'll be right there, 5min later he's there all right, with 2 buddies...
so i collect my clone, reapply him, have some words with the person "we're sorry for the mistake, blah blah blah...", no real worries, so i wasted 2.1m isk, i get more doing a single l4 mission, over to my hangar, collect another cheap frig, and back to the 0.0 station, hmm, what's this, i can't dock again...
so i'm playing a bit smarter, warp to nowhere, talk to guy, got the ok from him, warping back, hello to him and 2 buddies, and warp out, at this point i know i'm here for target practice, as the target..
so i turn tail and head back to empire, what's this, a warp bubble on my gate?!...
so i collect my clone again, chalk my 0.0 ships as a frozen asset at this time, and go back to doing missions.
(as an aside, it could have been worse, they could have let me take out my raven or apoc before blowing me up, which would have been alot more painful then losing a 100k ship )

Ouch mate sorry to hear about that, it's a rough space for sure out there in 0.0. My experiences outside the safe walls weren't any better, but at least they were not total dicks as you said. I'm surprised they didn't wait for you to un-dock your ships.
start another petition, include the chat logs and the killmails.
a GM should be sympathetic as you did your best to get your stuff out by other means.
meh, it's not like i "need" the ships (like, what exactly would i do with a pvp fitted apoc, or a fitted tackler over in empire space), i just wanted to spare myself the cost of a mission fitted raven
and at least i got an amusing story out of it

lol, great attitude.
there is another thing you have, and that is that the corportaion that holds that outpost don't keep their word. For some in eve, a persons word is pretty important, especially when it come to asets like stations.
Applause to your attitude, you're absolutely top notch as an EVE-player!
And phooey to the station-holding corp, for asking for money and then baiting you into target practice. You could contact their alliance and let other corps in the alliance know what their station-holding corp is up to. Not everyone appreciates bad publicity, and keeping a word once given is a pretty big issue to many alliances both internally and externally.
Other then that, you can always get a bunch of friends together and extract fiery PVP pew pew vengeance from the corporation to equal or exceed the value of ships in your hangar. Or just hunt them in their turf until you are allowed to remove your assets safely.
Of course, for a final coup de grace, public naming and shaming works well too. At least their contract partners will know in the future that they're working with scum that has no honor at all, and cannot be trusted. In EVE, trust is a commodity far more valuable then ships and clones.
Here is a helpful hint. You won't be able to get your stuff out of that 0.0 outpost. That's just a fact. What you can do however is setup contracts for your stuff in that station from anywhere in eve.
What's this mean? It means you can sell your stuff to the people who CAN dock at that station via the contracts system. This is going to be your best, and probably your only, route at fixing the problem.
Oh, and CCP won't move the stuff for you most likely.
@ Rev:
Good point about the contract system. Another way is to set up courier contracts with reliable people who have docking access, but that begs the question of finding reliable people first.
Of course, stations have a tendency to change hands sometimes, and new owners might be far more willing to assist you in recovering your goods. I've seen (and guarded) an operation to restore to another player (from an enemy corp, even) what was theirs from a station captured in a war. There are those who still consider their word their bond in EVE, even if it sometimes feels like they're few and far between.
Personally, I think the most fun way to get your stuff back would be to make a corp of sufficient power and wage war until you either capture the station or are given access to your stuff. But that's just me.
No way will a GM reimberse you. Don't bother with petition. Learn a lesson, do not go long periods of time away from game with your stuff in a 0.0 player owned station. Always base out of a NPC station.
This is not a exploit, nor is it a bug. NO WAY will it be reimbersed.
What you need to do is make a market alt who can sell things from a system away.
Contract items to him. Have him sell your stuff out of that station and make some cash off the people who killed you.
EVE devs will not interfier in this situation. You need to play in the mechanics to solve this.
also if you really want to get back at them. Find who their enemies are from killboards, and join them
