Hello fellow eve players, i come here yet whit another "hows the game now" question.
So first i must ( i assume ) say when i played wich last time was around 1 year ago, i played for like 3months, and before that i played another good 4-5 months and before that... 2-3 months, so as you see theres something i love about the game but yet i always left it for some stuff.
Now why i left, well complex answer but i THINK i never digged the idea of how pvp worked, gatecamp was rly boring for me, ratting in 0.0 and hutning for loners was altho fun when it happend, well could take forever to find someone to actualyl hunt alone 1on1, sometimes i grouped whit rl friends 2-4 ppl and did the same stuff searchign for small groups but only having a rly good time / match 1 out of 7 or so days gets boring.
So for me i wanted to get into pvp but it was always hard to do so, NOW i heard about the facitional warfare, but i dont totaly understand how it works in the real world, so ill ask away
1- Is it posible to engange in pvp in high sec space whitout concord getting into the fights
2- If 1 is posible, does it really happend or not, i mean its and all days all day thing or not
3- If 1 is posible, it happens and its viable solo or just in groups
4- This isnt like the other questions, but last time i played i was going for stealth bombers, so now i think ill just have to finish some support misile training to be effective, i already was flying my bomber whit cloacks and all, so if the above scenarios are posible does a stealth bomber is viable for pvp there
5- Have pve been imrpoved a bit, i enjoyed doing mission for isk, mind u 2 or 3 missions a day, i did em whit my old dominix and my mix of drones wich i have great ammount of skills in.
6- Also i was going for HACS training i now think just need the actual HAC skill to fly em, and have a wide range of support-basic skills for em and most ships at least gallente and hybrid, so are this viable-worth risking on this enviorment if its like i imagine
So to finish, i would like to get into the game again but i want to do so this time knowing where to go to get fun and dont leave so fast again, i want to get into pvp this time but to rly pvp and not spend hours gatecamping or moving from system to system for more hours to end chasing or running and never engaging.
Thanks for any and all the answers you can provide , bvtw sry for my bad writting, this is not my born lenguage and yet have to improve...

1) Yes, factional warfare or corperate war declarations. Either will override concord response. But only against those people who joined factional warfare or belong to the corp you declared war on.
2) I can't speak much for factional warfare. But for corperate warfare most of the time its a contest of who can bring more people to the fight then anything else. In eve numbers > almost anything else. So if you have better numbers the people you attack will just bitch, moan and complain all day from the station. If you have inferior numbers you might get a good fight; but you'll be hard pressed.
3) Most solo pvp seems to be a dying sport. Alot of people like it and chase it... and it does happen. But it seems the vast majority of the time its usually just a setup with other people nearby waiting to join in. Hot drops (that is dropping a capital ship on a 1 v 1 battle) has become extremely popular. An if your not hunting in a cap to begin with your virtually garenteed death. Its lame as hell, but it works... so it won't stop until the dynamics change again. IMHO virtually any pvp is a trap now a days, the only way to be on equal terms is to bring your own too.
4) Bombers really only work in groups. They have nice range, and great damage. But virtually no defense to speak of. Interceptors, snipers, or other cruise platforms will eat you if you don't keep on the move. An if you keep moving or cloaking then your damage isn't all that regular. Solo you wouldn't get anywere, in a small group you might have a nice alpha to throw in but depends on the target. 3 cruise on a BS won't change the fight too dramatically, and if he's got light support you might have your own hide to worry about. All ships are useful and benefit a group regardless of role, or strength of pilot. However some ships really do make a much broader impact. Sad to say but frigates as a whole are becoming largely ignored in eve except for covert ops. I have heard of bomber gangs being a little more effective when they roam 5-6 bombers together, but just 1 in a group isn't likely to change things too much.
5) They change missions every few patches. A tweak here and there. Add a few new ones, revamp old ones. But to me and most other ppl I know, you've done 1 mission you've done them all. Eve's missioning system is the most rediculous PvE I've ever known. The missions are so generic you really can't tell which your doing at any given time even after all the changes they've made. Other then a few key types: Blockade, Extravagenza, or Recon. Any mission might as well be any other mission.
6) HACs can be nice. Much better then bombers in a universal sense. You can at least fit HACs to do different things. Bombers pretty much only do 1 thing. HACs still pretty regular on the low sec, 0.0 pvp scene. But the are worthless in missions, as are pretty much all T2 ships except command and maruarders. HACs make a nice stepping stone to Commandships (CS) and thats still my most favorite ship class. Any T2 cruiser platform is much preferred to any T2 frigate platform, so once again the mantra of bigger = better holds true until CCP balances again. Of coarse if you have covert ops already (bomber) and HAC; getting into a recon is a great move. They remain the premier EW platforms in the game and are extremely useful. Although last I heard the gallente recon has been mostly broken so you might want to look at a amarr, caldar or minmatar substitute. Once you have the key skills (recon, Hac, bomber) adding another racial class really improves your options.
The gate camp, station camp and chasing/running thing has never changed. Most likely never will. Given the option of loosing a few 100M of Isk or running around like a idoit most people will opt for the latter; myself included. So if you want to avoid all that maybe you should look into minmatar recons, they tend to be a pain to get away from. Or Heavy Interdictor Crusiers which are also huge right now. Coarse they lack on the firepower so find a friend. HIC is becoming cornerstone of any good roaming gang.

First of all, thanks alot for your time and well written answers mate, i really thank em.
Now i would hope for someone elses take on the warfare aspect, since it really interest me.
Again thanks for all and any help you can provide mate.
factional warfare, a lot of times it's --- one side has a good fleet, the other side has crap. battle ends pretty quickly. other times it's - one side has a good fleet, the other side has crap, battle ends pretty quickly.
but i could be wrong in my take on this. this is just my perception from a random pvp alt, to see if it was worth leaving my current situation with my main main.
could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?
