I wonder if there's ever been a study done where folks who profess being religious were given a polygraph test?  I think the results would be interesting.

Given that polygraphs are notoriously unreliable, not sure what good it would be except as fodder for yet another flamefest at MMORPG.COM.

Some weeks back, when AOC released, there was this "petition" about removing the nudity out of the game, "sponsored" by a "religious gaming group" of sorts....

 

Anyway, they were a group/clan of games, mostly war/violent games, that wanted the mudity to be removed

The basic question is: you play games where you kill people... you cant handle a little bit of nudity, while you are fine with decapitation, murder, blood...? huh?

 

Not really "facts" but still... yeah, i asked some friends of mine about it, what they think, all the answer were: "they are 'ghey'".

 

Hipocrisy at it's best.

got to love it. Sex a completely normal thing, same as the human body, but thats horrible. Blood and guts and killing is just fine.

i must be missing something .... why were there 4 posts deleted? You allow the same dribble to be posted every week that sparks flames and trolls and you delete posts that are discouraging it? That seems odd to me.

yeah there were 4 posts deleted in this thread. All in all, none of the posts warranted to have been deleted. No flamming from what I saw. The posts that were deleted where basically telling the OP to stop making flame-related threads. It is ironic that the posts that encourange this behavior to stop got deleted but the thread itself that is encouraging flames is still up and running.

In all honesty whoever the MOD is who is ninja deleting posts in here, he or she should just lock the thread entirely becuase from the deleted posts I saw, they were tamed.

With a starter topic like the OP did, you won't get a constructive analysis on religious polygraph lol. This thread is simply a flame-inducing thread really.
