Any f2p game like that. I dont mind grind. I was gonna try rohan but then i saw cash shops item game bonus's to attack and health and stuff and then i didnt even bother. I dont mind cash shops like flyff's where they just sell fashion stuff to make you look cooler.

99.9% sure there is no game like that, even p2p games will have botters, hackers, and gold farmers.
anything close to it? Maybe with less our to the point you can get past them?
You could try Guild Wars. You have to buy the box, but then play is free (no monthly payments). I've never in my life seen a PvP botter. You can create a max-level PvP char from the start and it's skill-based, not gear-based.
Anything else?
DAoC and WoW, but both are p2p and: DAoC is too old, WoW have very weak MMO - its just multiplay like GW , but GW have much better PvP ans is f2p
Where themepark games try to hide that they are copying WOW, games like Mortal Online and Darkfall make no attempt to hide their inspiration

WoW is the king of hackers, botters, gold farmers. Never seen such amount of any, in any other game, including a asian grinder i played, where the chinese came and would sell powerleveled chars in-game, "directly", without anykind of restriction.
