Well said havel, I remember in High School it was all about being cool. Then I was into heavy metal and blow-up sci-fi movies like Aliens (great movie) but in college, my roommate and I woke up Saturday mornings, ate Fruit Loops and watched Sesame Street. Why? Grass roots, college was a headache and letting your mind return to muppets was very therapeutic. Coloring books were a hot commodity because we needed a break from studying for the upcoming chemistry exam. I bet pound for pound, we'll find a lot of men who are bankers, scientists, doctors and soldiers weighing in for the same relaxation/goofy potential.
Hmmm...I don't shave my armpits, but do believe in keeping trimmed with a beard/body hair trimmer. Summertime increases the funk-factor even with deoderant so unless your girl is into that kind of thing, probably a good idea to keep it short.
I don't wear dresses unless a joke is involved (which happened twice in my life).
Here's what I say to the men:
If you like football, excellent. If you like ballet, awesome. If you feel weird following your girlfriend/fiancee/wife into a women's underwear store, then check yourself and ask what you're trying to prove. When you get married, you should be taking turns folding it and perhaps your daughter's as well.

Nicely put, and change your daughters nappies too if you have never done so yourself!
Did this thread really digress into where men choose to shave?
I wont lie, I would definately poke fun at a friend of mine if he played it. Would I think any less of him? Probably not, but cmon you cant let comedic gold like this just slip through your fingers.
I guess if one of my kids wanted me to play it I might, but thats about the only way I can see myself picking it up. Mind you though, I would expect my pals to bust on me for it.
You also have to remember that the adolescent male hierarchy is more prevalent is more prevalent nowadays because young men do not mature at quite the same pace they used to.
Awesome pic! Some guys can look good in pink, others not so much. I'm in the 'not so much' catagory, but it's all good. No doubt there will be a backlash to the goth movement in a few years where pastels will be the anti-goth tough guy style :-D.

Hehe, thanks for the vote. As cool as that shirt is, I seriously doubt I could wear it without being targeted as a child molester or having questionable romantic interests. I know I'm supposed to 'buck the trend' in my life, but with my wife and daughter to consider, I'll stick to the more masculine archetype.

you void any chance of ever getting laid if you play this, I have only seen 1 man cross the path of a hello kitty store and walk to it in my life, and the girls eyes all looked at him and said WTFBBQm8, GTFO.

I'm already married, so via contract I've nothing to fear about the future. Who knows, maybe my daughter and I will play together. We won't have to LFG for the bosses ;-D
As far as what others think...to those who do concern themselves with this, I'd like to ask, "why do you care?" or are you suggesting women are attracted to sheeple?
I'm planning on playing with my wife and daughter, and don't really care what my friends think about it. But I think most 'friends' would give guys a hard time if they found out.

I noticed us married guys (especially with kids) are a lot more open-minded to these kinds of things. When you have a life-long girl, you tend not to care how cool you look to your neighbors...so break out that grease-stained white tee shirt, fire up the grill, and care not that you haven't shaved in a week. When you're done dinner, see ya on HKO with the fam.
If a game looks fun to me, I'll play it. Trouble is, this game doesn't appeal to me (look I enjoy playing EVE, that should tell you a lot about my mindset) so I won't be playing it.
Nothing to do with my sexuality, I'm just not wired to play HKO.

Okay, i laughed when people are still so afraid to be more open-minded.
Men card? Give me a break. Ive never heard that ever.
Im a guy, i shave my armpits and occasionally arms (Due to that i hate hair that's belove the neck.)
Ive had skirts on me, pink t-shirts with ponies and etc. Yet i don't feel unsecure in my masculinity. Im jsut opne minded :-p
And no, i won't play this game because it's not my cup of tea.
I think that holding your pinpoint over the stereotype of being a "man" is so overrated it's stupid -_-

men don't mature as quickly as they used too??
what do you mean by that?
For the men out there, I posted this pic a while ago....Men in Pink!

Actually I can totally imagine this shirt on a guy, could look pretty good. I think this is the kind of pink that works with (many) guys. ;]
