Reclaimed account ... the saga continues

I can't believe this! Someone up there really wants me to quit WoW. I've recently had my character banned for using a power leveling service (see other thread). So I went ahead and bought an account of similar characteristics.
I actually had a lot a fun with it, more fun that I had with my old one (mage > shaman) but after three days ... guess what ... the original account holder has reclaimed the account saying someone has stolen it from him. What a lying jerk, there is no excuse for that.
One bright spot. and many may be surprised to hear this, is the high level of professionalism that the companies that I bought both the power leveling and account from. They actually refunded the money in the first case and gave me another comparable account in the second case. All that just by opening a chat window to them. Say what you want about these companies but they are more approachable than Blizzard. Of course Blizz has so much money they don't give a flying frack about anything.
Another observation, now that I have seen the innards of other peeps accounts, boy some people have suboptimal habits, how can a level 70 character still carry mulitple level 14 quests, no first aid, no gathering professions, (no money of course) many important spells were not acquired etc. How can a level 70 mage not have not bought any of the spells for conjuring food and drinks ... makes no sense. The mind boggles.
Anyhow, will see how long this account lasts.

you keep making mistake after mistake.. WoW is not worth the money or the stress.
You take risks when you do this its illegal to sell your account. They want to keep the game fun for everyone and I hate being invited by gold farms just to have them spam to me. Also the spamming in chats of course they are professional about it and give you stuff back if not do you know how many people would complain because probably 50% of the time the original owner is a dick and sell the account and gets it back.
Do you know one thing you can do to prevent this actually? Buy your own account and have the character transferred but make it in the persons name to make sure its right. Get all the info from the company. Also to be a dick let WOW know you bought this account and such and its yours they will close his account lol. My pal was all into this and it was alot of problems. He eventually found an account they had opened and leveled so it was all good for him. But I myself do not endorse these companies because in the end its the way people buy gold and such that make items go up so high for everyone and ruin stuff for people. Also its these people who key log accounts and use them to farm and steal money that people turn around and buy.
Blizzard imo does a fine job at cracking down on these guys and I hope it continues. People who support these companies I guess have there own opinions and now doubts the people are nice. Still in the end everything they do is illegal and breaks the rules you sign up for when you make an account.
Just buy another account and level it yourself. If you do not have the patience then do not play. You want the high level character but do not want to pay for it thats what it boils down to. Also its alot of these account buyers whom I would group with and they SUCK because they did not grow with the class and learn how to play and have all these high level powers. Granted this is not everyone but alot of times you can tell an account buyer. If you don't like the game at low levels why do you think you will like the later grind of raiding/instances/pvp.
I do not blame the guy for reclaiming his account its the peoples fault for buying them with no sort of counter measures. The companies could do as I said above open a new account and transfer ownership then they cannot do anything. Because the guy wouldn't have the info for the other account and couldn't reclaim that one. I saw this sort of info on some MMO account trade site. It was one of the guidelines to do this to make sure you didnt get screwed.

So wait, the OP got his original accoutn banend for using power leveling services, then goes and buys a second account, and the owner says it was scammed, and now his blamming blizzard and saying they dont give a flying hell???
Get a grip on reality, its obviuos you dont want to play the game.
