What's a good mmo that looks like a cartoon?

I'm looking for a game that looks like a cartoon basically, but I want good PvE and PvP whether it's dueling or any other kind doesn't really matter. I played MS for about 4 years and I'm just bored of it now...I tried FlyFF but not using skills ever got boring. I'm looking at Fiesta, Dream of Mirror, and Trickster. I don't care if it's f2p or p2p as long as it's pretty good gameplay, I tried ROSE but I didn't really like it that much. If anyone knows a game like this please post a link here or what the games name is and if you actually played it before.
