Hi all,
Figured I'd put this up here as our guild
Knights of
Darkness will be looking for a few more mature members. We currently have an elite group of around 50 players coming to Age of Conan and some of us are starting to break into the level 40's. We have also secured our plot for our player city and will be starting production soon. I'll start by telling you a little about us.
Knights of
Darkness was formed back in 2005, where it was the most dominant Imperial PvP guild on the Corbantis server of Star Wars Galaxies. We won every guild war we fought in and were both feared and respected by our rivals.
After Sony messed with the game one too many times, our guild jumped ship to City of Villains, while some of us enjoyed this game a number of us didn't and joined WoW. The players who joined CoV soon made a name for ourself as the Rank 1 group, both in PvE and PvP on the Pinnacle server. (Screenshot:

Meanwhile, those who moved to World of Warcraft were active PvPers. While on the Kel'thuzad realm, members of
Knights were part of one of the greatest WoW pvp teams ever assembled, culminating in a less than 4 minute run of Alterac Valley. A video of this "speed run" through AV was featured on WoW Insider and has been viewed on YouTube more than 60,000 times. (You can check out the video here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRnnodvQgpI) Accepting a free transfer before the expansion,
Knights grew to one of the largest guilds on Alterac Mountain and was the first horde guild to claim control of Halaa.
Most recently a number of us got together and moved into the PvP game Fury. In Fury we competed against the top guilds from a number of different MMO's and held Rank One 2 out of the 4 weeks during the first month of the game, when the population was highest and before a mass exodus. (Screenshot:

Knights also competed in the Fury Challenge during the beta period of the game, winning tons of prizes (although we never did get our Cybershotz). During Fury we also merged with one of the smaller yet deadly guilds - Symphony of War. This proved a very fruitful addition to our guild.
Knights has a unique leadership structure as in we are more a group of friends than a guild with ranks. In a discussion everybody's opinion will be given weight and serious considered. We are play to have fun, but we also play to win. We are also a multi-national guild and have members from many races and cultures, we do not tolerate racism or ethnically offensive language.
We require all new recruits to complete a month trial period, of which your performances and attitude will be evaluated. This probationary period can be ended prematurely if we feel you are not a good fit with the rest of the team. After this period, you will either be removed from the guild or will be promoted to a full member.
During the week,
Knights will be the busiest from about 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern. We will also be very active at all hours on the weekends.
While
Knights will primarily be a PvP guild, there is a need for members interested in other aspects of the game, such as crafters, resource gatherers, etc. Upon applying for the guild please let us know what kind of role you are interested in playing.
For those interested in PvP, we require members to take the competition seriously and all members are expected to be able to listen on ventrilo and execute to the best of their ability.
The following things are required / granted.
- Ventrilo
- Guild Forums
- The ability to work as a team
- Being active (like being on at least a 10 hours a week)
- Friendly Atmosphere
- Very efficient organization in PvP (if you're a pvper).
If the above interests you, then please head over to our website
