Dude that is not funny!!, when I was in Seoul I got so rediculously blind off Soju that I ended up passing out outside my hotel and getting mugged.

I try to forget about Soju now, a warning to people who have never had it before, don't be lured by it's cheapness, if you've never had it before it will hit you like a ton of bricks. (mind you I drank copious amounts of it :P)

whoever it is, the computer screen has been photoshopped.  The actual  web part that shows diablo3 is misaligned up to the display menus but it is evenly matches the bottom off the IE window.

So, it just looks like some guy in curly hair looking at a photoshopped monitor to me

I don't know. My nerd lvl is very low and I don't understand what you guys are laughing at. I would think that the guy is laughing, because the way he has his hands on the keys, like he's playing a MMO or diablo or something. I'm not very sure.

The guy in the picture is Bill Roper.  He was a Blizzard longtimer.  He was actually a part of Blizzard before they picked up Blizzard North (think Diablo), though he eventually worked under the Blizzard North umbrella.  He had a hand, big or small, in designing almost all of Blizzard's games pre-WoW.  Eventually, he left with some other Blizzard North guys to form Flagship Studios, and they eventually released Hellgate: London.  Even if you don't know his name, you've probably heard his voice here:

Judging by the low quality, the picture is probably the work of the amateur photoshoppers at flagshipped.com.  If you're wondering what flagshipped is about, it's a hate site for Hellgate: London.  Basically, once Hellgate came out and people realized it fell short of what they expected, they either quit or refused to play it.  I'm one of those people.  Others decided to keep playing while simultaneously devoting significant portions of their time  to mashing around a forum dedicated to hating the game.  The site is filled with shitty photoshops and unfunny jokes. 

Apparently, they actually think their photoshops are funny.  Sadly, this one is actually a few cuts above the rest.  This is the average quality of their stuff:

Well, I'm sorry, but I must dispel the illusion.  Hellgate: London sucks.  So do you.  You're not funny.  Go back to your own forums.  If you're going to hate here, at least hate on something which is fashionable to hate here.  WoW, AoC, etc.

ah, thanks for explaining it. I still don't find it funny because the joke hangs on being fueled by nerdrage at a percieved betrayal by Bill Roper.

simply i never knew of him, and i also never felt that a game desighner owes me anything do to the fact that i am not a shareholder in their corporation. Jebus people, you are the consumer, you don't like it, don't buy it.

  It isn't funny, even if it was real. Hellgate London is no worse than any of the diablo games, which isn't saying much.  I guess the haters must be in 7th heaven since Flagship is dead .
