Game Selection Criteria

I have been looking for a game for 2 months now without much luck.   I want something to at least occupy me till WAR open beta. Can you suggest some games for me?

Criteria (I dont need them all but the more the merrier)

1. Can adventure where I want, seamless world.

2. Challenging - A real penalty for dying, not just a quick sprint, the more severe the better

3. Players Impact World

4.  No buying stuff of value playing the game, costumes are ok

5.  PVP and PVE

6. Decent Graphic but runs on 64 mb video

7. Limited Grinding

8. Fantasy or history based, not sci Fi

 

Games Ive played: Lotro, Wow, COH, COV

Games Ive tried: DAOC(close but not quite),  DDO, EQ, Gods and Heroes, MWO

Games Im waiting for: WAR , CO

Is that supposed to mean that armor/weapons dont Help/Hinder you in any way? If so, try 9dragons, it wont meet much of your other criteria though.

I just dont want people to be able to buy gear with real $$.  A game where you can use gear is fine.
