Stop letting 1 post Novice Members post!

This is the second time in two days that I have seen 1 post Novice Members using the General Discussion as their personal recruiting area! The first offender has apologized but this problem is only going to grow if you don't take steps to stop it. If people spend time in the forums before they get to in the general discussion these kind of exploiters will be curtailed. My main issue with this is that not only are they using MMORPG.com for what amounts to free advertising, but they also knock good discussions to the second page! If people are required to spend some time reading our forums and posting in topics already created they will understand what type of community MMORPG.com is and how we are not to be exploited!
