I found this costume in my inventory with 10 boxes that when opened gave me some great 'bling' for my family. Selling one item made 60k. A good start.

Yeah, everyone got a Le Blanc costume as well. (Personally, other than for the female fighter, like in your pic, they are ugly for the other classes)

 Sadly enough, what I heard was that only level 7+ families got the anniversary reward. Started that day exactly, and am currently enjoying it greatly. Happy B-Day SNW!

How do you get this costume in Granado Espada?

The wiki says this costume is a special event one. I can't see it listed as available anywhere else in the game. Maybe it will appear again; I hope so as It looks great on some of my other family members.

This costume cannot be found elsewhere HOWEVER, you can get the same "look" for all your characters in the Andre Costume box. You just won't get a "ALL-Class" version. 

That said, we do intend to hand this one out again at a future date and time .
