LF Guild (Maybe) [Bartz]

So... I played lin2 in beta to lv25... then last year I played again for 3 months or so, got up to 45, and quit again, recently started playing a bit again, got up to lv46 (Elf Silver Ranger), but havn't really been playing a whole lot. I've played lineage 1 for 6 years or so, took a year break for WoW and like 4 month break for lin2, but, lin1 is really where I've spent the majority of my time.

My main issue, is every guild i've been in has told me I need to buy adena to play lin2... I got fairly lucky in halloween event last year, got artisan goggles and some other junk, and bought myself a +6 emi bow (cheap shot), and drake set, but, I don't know how people aford to use soulshots non-stop, and most partys require you to, so, I've done my lvling up to 46 so far, soloing, with minimal soulshots, pretty much, just breaking even.

So... anyway, my main question is, is there a non-adena buying legit pledge out there, that can perhaps show/teach me how to make it in lin2 w/o buying adena, or is there simply no way to do it?

Also would be nice to do raidbosses with someone.... I tried many many times in the 3 months I played with random groups, and none of the tries got past 30~60 seconds It would apear in my estimation, that until lv60+ or so, its just something that isn't going to happen, is this true or are there guilds that sucessfully do the 35~55 raid bosses?
