LF mmo like rf system archons

Hello all ! Im looking for mmo with system like RF online archons, i mean when you kill other nation or something liek that you gaining points if you have much points you will get nice eq or be as i said archon. Huh will be nice if in this game someone play, i dont want play with 20 ppl. Big thanks and CYA
