This is a suprising turn of events.
weird. when did you get that? mine was sent about an hour ago.
Chaos. Remember when the CE first was anounced and a week after that mythic delayed the release. Mythic then left their appolagie and said that EA was not informed bla bla bla.
A little miss of comunication but what the hell. Still getting it.
Keep in mind that's arrival date, which depends on what shipping speed you selected. Given that you have a limited time to input your CD-Key after launch to continue playing, you should probably speed up shipping since your arrival date is late September.
Until you cancel your subscription, you are only helping to continue the cycle of mediocrity.

This is what mine says as well, I took next day air so thats why the date changed. If you pick the free shipping selection it will take forever.

I got my e-mail today from Amazon.com. I was given the date window of 09/29/2008 - 10/03/2008. I opted for the free shipping though. Perhaps the shipping determines the date you are sent. However Amazon's shipping and arrival dates don't always match though. I've gotten items in the mail that were set to ship three days after I got them. They are only estimates after all. Sometimes they can be really off depending where your items are shipped from and where you are.

When I actually check my order on the website though it says 10/06/08
<shrugs> Who knows? I order a lot from amazon though and I have to say nothing has ever arrived later than the estimate. Most things arrive earlier (like 90%) the rest still arrive on time. It's why I like dealing with the company. That and they have fabulous customer service.

I had to go into my order and change my shipping I was doing free and changed it to 2 day. Once i saved my preference it updated the dates to ship on the 16th and arrive on the 18th.
Im starting to get a little worried now, mine still hasnt updated to say sept. Mine still says like oct 10th. I hope it is fixed soon
I got mine from gamestop and it ships 9/16 with a 3 day max delivery time. Good luck to ya'll hope amazon changes the shipping for you.
I decided to upgrade my shipping to the two day and it shows sept 19th as estimated day now. YEAHHHH im happy now
You can login to your account and go to contact them and choose the email option - put in your order number and ask why your date hasnt been changed
I ordered two of my CE last March from them and emailed them about it and magically the next day my shipping changed to arriving the 18th Sept instead of Oct
So I wouldnt worry about not getting an auto email from them - I never did -
