Zoning?

Does anyone know what zoning is going to be like in this game?  I would hate for zoning to be similar to AoC and zoning to be closer to WoW.  I hate the feeling of cloisterphobia and laziness of developers that instances give off.

From what I understand, it will be instanced in a similar ratio to WoW. Meaning that some dungeons, Capital City's under siege, and BG-like scenarios will be instanced. However the majority of the zone should be free-range, and unsegregated into instances.

It has been said that the majority of the zones are going to be larger than WoW's Barrens zone, but will have loading screens between them. However, unless you are traveling across the world you should not see loading screens, such as going into an inn or such.

So to answer your question, I do not believe there will be claustrophobic zones. Most of the zones should be large, and without the artificial roads created by trees and rocks that you can't explore beyond (looks at AoC). Like I said earlier, it's been said that the average zone will be larger than WoW's Barrens, which bodes will for free-range zones.

**Disclaimer** I have not played the game, so any knowledge I claim is from what I've read, which may or may not be accurate in the current game state.

    Zoned similer to WoW

Keep in mind though with dungeons, while the dungeon is instances from the world, you are in there with other people, ONLY the BOSS FIGHT is limited to your group.

And the streetfights in the keep sieges are instanced like scenarios.

As everyone said its similiar instancing to WOW. And as you know you can go along ways in WOW without having to ever instance.

I love the disclaimer,  please tell us more of how you "think and believe" the game is like in beta.

Anyways if what youi say happenms to be true, that will make me happy.

I think WOW hit the nail on the head because the only instances are the stuff you want to be instanced like the raids and 5 man group stuff.
