Talking abouth death, has the death animation&camera finaly got changed?
I remember to the videos some time ago when you die your char just poofed instantly flat on the ground with a forced camera from above, unable to see where your enemy whas shooting from or even see how you died visualy.
If I remember right, there are no corpse runs in WAR. When you die, which you will A LOT, you auto res at a distance in a safe place. That means in open world a town or other guarded area.
In scenarios, it seems (only seen a couple of vids) to be still within the scenario, but at a distance from your enemy. I assume these will be called graveyards for conveniance sake like wow even though they don't look the same. The run back seemed short, maybe 30 seconds. I didn't see a res sickness debuff, but I may have missed it.
the DP in WAR is like DAoC it is not about the gear degrading or weapons breaking it is about the time you loose running back
Sort of like hockey how when you get a power play because the other team is short a player..it does not always lead to a goal but think about if the other team lost three or five guys????
DAoC was intense when you were fighting on the other realm and your rezers got killed it was eather fight and win then run or run then hide or loose lol
