Looking for a corp

I have three characters at about 3mill sp each...so I am a noob. I am currently in a corp with 16 members. I like my corp and can get a good recommendation from the corp leader if others want it. The reason I want out is that I am EST zone. They are mostly in Europe and Asia. I never see them. They have helped me a lot and basically showed me the fun in the game, but I need a corp that has members on that can take me to the next stage from noob to part of a corp. I am not looking for handouts or hangar access. I want info on what to do next, help when I get ganked, points on where I should focus my training.

I have been told I should add the characters are three separate accounts...one gall miner/support, min BC/stealth, and Amarr Abaddon tank.
If you want to learn pvp in caldari empire space let me know, might have opening for ya. Xeno Tech fights mission running isk farmers and faction war daily. Lots of exp to go around.
