Your processor I think would be ok , not great but is at least two cores , but the video card is going to likely be rough , and using hypermemory means it takes part of the system ram along with its onboard ram so you're going to be running with less than a gig
At low res with details down it's going to install and run yes , but can't say how much you will enjoy it - some are ok with 20fps and low res - so if you're cool with that it should be ok - depends on your requirements really
Yes you will, but it won't run well, and you will probably end up turning down graphics options to boost framerates. If you are able to replace parts, work on both the Vid card and memory.
