Who is this Lufkin, exactly?  I read a post saying he abused a player or something like that?  Please, someone explain!  I love gossip :)

    some guy has montion sickness and would like to know if they can fix it for easy play.

    Wow, CSR at its worse. The first reply to the OP and its... "Stay on topic?" LOL, the original message IS the topic. One of the dumbest CSRs ive ever seen.

    Its worse than preschool over there.

    Never in the history of online gaming has a company has such a piss poor reputation for customer service, its absolutely pathetic. Volunteer moderators that were flaming the game themselves only days before being selected as moderators? that says alot about the rampant incompetence that runs wild over there.

    Trying to have legitimate issues dealt with becomes a null point, as topics are taken out of context (or misunderstood entirely) and closed by the moderators regularily, mostly due to poor reading comprehension on the part of the lackluster and unprofessional forum moderators.

    Lufkin is a little baby thats been given authority, nothing more and nothing less, he needs to be shown the door. The sooner, the better.

    Perhaps Funcom should make everyone moderators, since becoming one seems to stop you from bashing the game.
