Why is NEOCRON2 not on the hype list?????

It seems every upcoming MMORPG is on that list except for Neocron2.

Yes, there is a big ad flashing when you come to the site, but below that in the list of upcoming MMORPG's it is not listed.

WHY NOT????

It is a new, standalone game. It is being released September 1.

Maybe it's not on the list because no one had even heard about it coming out until a week or so ago, and given it's predeccesor, no one cares, most likely.

I thought they were just coming out with an expansion pack. heh

Yeah, I thought it was just another expansion pack until the MMORPG.com contest just started. I learned from one of the Mods that it is a standalone product. Considering that almost everyone just recently heard about it a few weeks ago, how could it stand up next to some of the bigget titles on the hype list?

Currently:
Alpha: Guild Wars
Beta: AO: Alien Invasion
Playing: City of Heroes
Interested: WOW & EQII (yeah, both... deal with it)

according to the neocron site, it originally was an expack, but they changed so much that they had to make it a standalone game, as stated above.

Players from neocron will be able to transfer their characters over though, it looks like.
