Now I see it was simply a character creation program to get ya hyped up for the game.

It seems more or less like a gimmick to me. I would not spend 90 dollars on a "Speed Boost" or any shiny posters for that matter.

Almost $100 for some worthless trinkets. I'd rather buy 2 regular versions, and just 2 box my way to glory. Just like the crappy sunglasses from the SWG CE, someone will figure out how to trade the paintings/statue/dragon you get.

everyone is gonna start out level 1...

The journeyman boots ARE the speed boots and you get them with a preorder of ANY version of the game not just the CE edition. The extra in game crap you get from the CE is a dragon pet for your HOUSE and some posters/maps/coin which have nothing to do with the game....

well with swg u got bonus xp just for being in a group... so it wasnt completely useless.... well the game was useless so ....
