If Turbine is so honest, why don't they tell the sub numbers for their games? When game magazines and newspapers put out a totaly blown up numbers they didnt say a word of protest.
And if LOTRO and DDO is so good, how come they have so few players?
If you want honest devs, take Arenanet. They don't lie, patches constantly and don't takes monthly fees. The Icelandic guys that make Eve seems quite ok too, or at least I havn't heard much bad about them.
Bioware is not bad either, at least so far. Let's see how they get when their MMO comes out.
I cant give blizzard credit as a good devoloper. they make the most money out of all the companies yet they still insist on charging for every new expansion, when companies like turbine and ncsoft have proven you can provide expansions and quality content without nickle and diming your customer base.
Which shows you blizzard is about profit, and myhtic will follow the same path, and funcom as well.

EQ, UO(i think so, its been awhile....), and AO charged for expansions all of them were great games and were gems of the MMORPG genre. Saying a COMPANY is not good at what they do, because they charge for major content updates is nonsensical, companies strive to make money ..... And if you cant afford 30$ for some new content every what 12-18 months, then maybe you should move on to something else.

Im not gonne dig deep intro the past like other people do, but i know company's can change, and Turbine right now is a high quality company , in my opinion.
A lot of people just like to be negative about everything, at mmorpg.com.
