    Amazing.

Idiocy transcends all cultures and societies. Sarcasm is just as popular on either side of the pond in my experience. I chalk it up to some people just arent the brightest bulbs in the pantry.

Exactly.  A large percentage of Brits thought Winston Churchhill was a myth and Sherlock Holmes was real in a recent poll, so ignorance cuts through all cultures as shown by people who find it is easier to make sweeping generalizations about other cultures, because say Americans don't understand sarcasm (come to a blue collar city like Chicago and you'll be swimming in it) then they must only understand lowest common denominator canned laughter.

That being said...c'mon obviously a joke thread...

He does have a point, but not a very good one. All high end armor sets are going to look the same, but differnt for each class. Not everyones going to roll the same class, so not everyone will look the same, if your fully "immersed" in combat, you would never know some other tank is wearing the same armor as you. If you are truley, immersed, you wont notice anything. If you expect everything to look different, like a snowflake, then give them another oh say... 1million? Probbly would cost even more, and even more time. So please, get on troll, and stop trying to bring up petty things to argue about, the game is going to be great end of story.

"if your fully "immersed" in combat, you would never know some other tank is wearing the same armor as you..."  Woof, you people...  Will I also not notice that the combat is pooperstinkle?

...? If you think the combat isnt fast enough pace, or feels too much like the other MMOs, then dont buy it? :/

    Really?  Ya don't say.

Sorry, I dont know how to respond to your question. If I say WAR sucks and will Bomb, will you leave me alone? D:

Don't worry about Grey. He's a WoW fanboi. check his post history. Anyway...I don't understand why he wants this game to fail so much. It can only bring good things to the industry if WAR succeeds. It means WoW has to take it up a notch rather than copy paste and make it easy.

I'm honored you took the time to track my career.  If you really checked my post history though you'd see where more than once I said I hoped war would become what it set out to be--a pvp centered mmo that I'd wished wow had been.  I said twice I'd take back every word I said if it ends up being competent in every area and addictive in pvp.  You'd also see posts saying I hate the arena system in wow and people living just to upgrade their slots instead of winning in pvp.  On the other hand some of us don't mind calling mythic out on things that don't look good and I shouldn't have to blindly support a game just because I'm hopeful and hate another game.  I am a fan of blizzard.  They create top quality games in whatever catagory they fall in.  If you deny that then you discredit yourself.

The biggest reason why it fooled so many people is this is the kind of weak crap the trolls have to work with.

    --------------------------------------
A human and an Elf get captured by Skaven. The rat-men are getting ready to shoot the first hostage with Dwarf-made guns when he yells, "Earthquake!" The naturally nervous Skaven run and hide from the imaginary threat. He escapes. The Skaven regroup and bring out the Elf. Being very smart, the Elf has figured out what to do. When the Skaven get ready to shoot, the Elf, in order to scare them, yells, "Fire!"

    Order of the White Border.

    a) unbelievable that any one thought this was serious.. I mean, c'mon...

    b) was not particularly funny

    c) to the OP - good effort, try again. Your irony was too obvious - this could have been several shades dryer. And make the subject matter a little more absurd.

There's good things too, but not even close to be good enough to outweigh these flaws. And trust me, I've given it a chance after quitting WoW a long time ago.
Seriously, don't yell WoW fanboy at people when you're either just Mythic fanboys yourselves or are so desperately hoping for WAR to be a good game, that you throw that word around in religious fanaticism.
A game released in late 2008, with a crapload of gathered information over the years, can't be allowed to actually be worse than a game released in early 2005. I'd say in pretty much all areas but sheer content (which is hard to compare as it's mostly about taste).
Also, saying WoW is a bad game or has a poor community doesn't fit together. It's obviously a good game since so many are playing it, and playing it a lot. This is also why so many youngsters are attracted to it.
WAR can easily be considered a pure WoW clone as it's so similar it's spooky. Doesn't matter what Mythic says or anyone says. The only problem is that it's a poor clone so far, and I can't see anything big happening before release.
I'm really HOPING for WAR to be a good game as I currently lack one, but testing it made me want to cry, honestly.

Your playing WoW, a finished game, been finished for years now, and WAR, still in closed beta. of course its not going to look or feel as good in its current state, by the time it's WoWs age, It WILL be better.

By the time it's wow's age?  I really don't think anyone wants to wait that long for something that should have matched or had been better then wow by now.   If it can't impress someone as much as wow does now then what's the point at least for him?
