People will generally lie about their age on the internet for both good and bad reasons. Picking up people in a video game (why would you anyway?) is a very bad idea, especially a family game like WoW, simply because you can't confirm their age. Also I have to say that i'd think it'd be obvious if we were talking with a 12 year old =/
