Looking for game created for teamplay and the pickiest

im looking for a game that has the following requirements:
low to no level caps
requires actual skill in playing the game
requires heavily in teamplay and teamwork
any graphics other than ancient pong or crappy pixel like game
crafting, from actual materials
with storyline (perferred, but its optional)
1 profession/job does not NUKE all other professions/jobs
balanced (at the very least)
free (optional, or at least 1 time payment)
NEVER MONTHLY FEE
most of these requirements come from a game i used to play with my friends on my PSP called, Monster Hunter Freedom 2, which have almost no storyline, but its HELLA fun, we hunted bosses and dragons and flying dragons, awesome graphx even for psp, required teamwork and teamplay, no levels, and ONE of the MANY unique things about the game is, you could create weapons from the bones flesh and whatever you can carve off of the creatures you fought, anything from a deer to a fire breathing ice dragon.
