tcap27tcap27 Member Posts: 10

over the past 3 years ive bounced around, going to wow from L2 and then to EQ, back to WoW and im now on my second go with EQ.  im looking for a game that has players that have high play times, as well as groups and such threwout the day(eastern time) and possible raids at night times

any advice would be helpful, i dont care if its grind it out or quest it out, im looking for a new MMO to fill my current dead time

I have just started playing croNous, and it seems to be what your looking for. It is free to play and is in closed beta right now, but you might get a seat. The graphics are not the best, but it is like Diablo and WoW mixed into one game.  http://www.cronous.com

Let me do a quick list

1: Everquest 2 - Tons of people always stuff going on LOTS of people that are never offline

2: Vanguard - Not a bunch of people but dedicated ones.

3: Lord of the Rings Online - Lots of people.

I think you will enjoy Final Fantasy 11

If you like to raid just stick with WoW.  No MMORPG today can compete with it's population and raids.

WAR is around the corner if you're into RvR.  And if you have nowhere else to go and just want to frag some people casually, Combat Arms should do the trick.

mostl;y looking to explore, hell in wow i was all over the place and never one spot for more than 2 hours, a large game with a fairly ok population thats alot to explore is more in my books.  my current computer has more than enough specs to handle anything i come across for max specs of a game.

Vanguard will be your best bet. It is the largest game world at the moment and it is all Non-instanced. If exploring is what you are looking for then this is they game for you. You can even rent a pegasus/griffon/wyvern and fly around to check the world out.

I would suggest Vanguard,  huge world, they have a crafting syustem that is like a game within a ..  their diplomacy which is like a card arguing game   so unique...   huge world to explore (yup  actually explore)
