No cool down mmorpg /moved

Ok since quitting conquer online about  8 months ago after they messed it up with that patch, I've being trying to find something smiler..Similar in the way they have no cool down time.

I'm not a fan of using ten different skill when pve or pvp then waiting for potion cool down to use again.

any suggestions?
