Looking for a different kind of FREE 2 play mmorpg

Free 2 play mmorpg plz Must have the following qualities or at least most of the following in the following order of importance!

#1 Free 2 play must mean FREE 2 finish FREE 2 enjoy and FREE 2 thrive, Not Free 2 play but you need to blow 50 bucks on cash shop if you ever want to reach anything in end game, When I mean Free 2 play I want free 2 play and Free 2 thrive! (Like in Cabal online)

 

#2 Grind must be humanly possible, (Unlike Sword of the new world 1-100 Then Veteran stance Expert stance and so on on Expert gaining 0000.1% per kill) So yeah Grind I don't mind a lot of grind just as long as they give you quests to enjoy it with, missions and some events not just plain boring go outside and kill, Like real missions/quests/exploring and yeah the level cap must not be 0000.1% per kill after  1/2 way ~.~

 

#3 Big world, BIG BIG world, Thats something that I always wanted in a mmorpg and have yet to find in a free 2 play mmorpg, Big like FFXI or WoW big if possible!

#4 Good graphics Better than Cabal online if possible

#5 Non rip off cash shop prices (I know this is almost impossible unless we talk about Exteel by Ncsoft but hell id like it...) (in other words no 20-25 dollars for premium membership if its premium make it 15 bucks a month tops for Exp bonus and a lot of little perks like that for 30 days.

 

#6 Big community with lots of clans / Guilds

 

 

#7 Optional PvP and or PK worlds.

 

If a Free 2 play mmorpg with these qualities is out there PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know, Iv been looking for it for years, So far the closest iv found is Cabal, its got the following

 

Decent graphics

Decent population

Grind is not to bad (rested exp for when your offline)

Lots of quests you usually dont just grind for the sake of grind

Really cool looking skills!

Free 2 play Free 2 finish AND free 2 enjoy completely FREE no cash shop ever needed for anything at all!

And Decent cash shop prices, For the most part...

 

Qualities Cabal lacks

 

Optional PK (its open world PK)

Horrible support by OG planet  Needs better support

WAY to many RmT spammers everywhere Needs more security

The world is 10 SMALL areas ~.~ (The damn world is small enough to see it all in 1 hour for 170 levels its sad to say that the entire cabal world is the size of Duskwood in World of warcraft with maybe 1/2 of Red Ridge ~.~
