in Lord of the Rings Online

Hey everytime i try and download the trial for this game it gets to a point after u make account where it says wait till download starts and if it doesnt look dfor file to pick up on the download..... and i looked for tht file cuz it didnt start downloading and i never found it... any1 no how to get it to work , or somtin
